I'm originally from Idaho. I have been in the Mystic, Connecticut area since 1989 - when I was in the US Navy attached to the USS Fulton (AS-11), a submarine tender. I was a Mess Management Specialist (cook) while I served. After getting out of the Navy I stayed in the area and stayed with cooking while I looked for what I wanted in life. In that time I worked in diners, seafood, BBQ, casinos, private golf courses, schools, hospitals, senior living and high end catering. In the 30+ years of doing that, I fell in love with cooking. The smells, the plating, the constant evolution of the industry. So in May of 2023, I finally decided to put all that experience into my business and cook for others in a vision that not only served me, but elevated your experience.
